I would go with Icon

09 F-350 FX4 lux package, everything but sunroof
Suncoast rebuilt trans. and converter
Line-X box liner and rocker panels
4-lightforce lights on KC light bar
OUO Traction 5"traction blocks
Icon adjustable track bar
Air bags and compressor
Icon 2.5" Leveling kit
Marathon sled deck
Flo-pro exhaust
S&B intake

Waiting for time to install
Dirty Diesel cold side I/C pipe

You may have rubbing issues trying to fit 37's on a 250 with just a leveling kit.

I have the 2.5" AutoSpring pucks up front, but I have a F-350, so the rear blocks are bigger. I'd recommend the AutoSpring 2" for you if you just want 35's and to sit level. Otherwise, you'll get an entire kit (with blocks and pucks) which I don't have any recommendations for.

There are a few threads around here about 37's with stock drivetrain, leveling kit, etc. Search around a little and you might find some good advice.

I think you are going to find most people to vote for the ready lift sst or the icon 2.5 kit. I personally would go with the icon because it comes with the new springs and new shocks. I would hesitate running 37s on just a leveling kit even if the manufacturer says its possible.

I am going to be running a 4.5 on 37s and im worried they will rub too much. I am using aftermarket 10 inch wide wheels though

Ready lift has lots of different leveling kits that work good.

I know this topic has been in other posts, but still. 37's won't rub the body with a leveling kit, just the cardboard inner fender at the rear of the fenderwell. That can be cut with any bladed device (carpet cutter, pocket knife, etc) and doesn't compromise any function (there's nothing behind it) and can be cut to look like it's supposed to be there. With backspacing over 6" +, they'll rub the control arms, but if you have less than 6" +backspacing, they won't rub the control arms. That goes for any size rims, but not over 13.50 tires. If you have wider tires, you need less backspacing to compensate.
