If you're getting 20's with the truck (34.5" tires) get the 3.73's. If you're going to have smaller tires then those gears might do just fine.

2008 Red CCSB 6.4 Auto Lariat.
Stock 20's wrapped in 35x12.50R20 Toyo MT's, 3.73 gears, Nav, Backup Cam, Tailgate step, Upfitters, etc.
Mods: AFE Intake, Line-X, 20% Tint, Clear Bra, Husky Mats, Smoked Recon Mirror markers/3rd brake light, Bushwacker Pocket style flares w/ mud flaps + an aluminum Rapid Hitch (one of the best investments!)
Feel free to PM with any questions about any of my mods.

3.73's will be great for 35's. Dont get the crappy 3.55's.

If you're running 35's then the 3.73's will be a better choice.

I did some quick math and came up with 3% diffrence on the tire (Rotated 3% less w/ 20") and 5% diffrence on the gear raito (5% Less w/ 3.55). So there is only a 2% total diffrence between the gear selections from Ford? (Stock tire selections were used to calc)

Get the 3.73's - they're better suited for your needs.

HAHA you are all right but there is still a 2% diffrence between the stock gear ratio's w/tires. Do the math and see what the diffrence is I will be intrested.
