Those fuses are dedicated for the trailer/wiring. I would unplug the trailer and replace the fuses, If the fuses blow with the trailer disconnected you have a short somewhere on the truck. then plug the trailer in and turn on the lights and see if it blows again if fuses blow now the problem is in the trailer. Should be able to find those fuses at a local auto parts store, get extras you will probably need them.

94 F250 IDI turbo, auto 2wd.. ATS housing, 3" down, 4" exh, guages. 104k miles got totalled by a damn mustang (parts now).

98 12v, 4x4 quad cab. auto with BD T/C & V/B, Banks Big head, Exh brake, AFC modded, 16.5ish*, KDP gone, 60lb springs, 4K-GSK, BHAF, pyro, trans, and boost guages. 4" straight pipe,

72 AM General M35A2, LDT465-1C "Whistler" Turbo, PTO winch.

some people have had problems with the fuses blowing when plugging the trailer in with the truck lights on, I dont know why but that could be your case too.

really? Thats odd, must be different then the 05 and 06 trucks then. I will pick up some fuses and see if I can get it to work. Thanks for all of your help. Cant believe no one else even commented on this thread.

replaced both fuses and now running lights are working perfectly....thanks for the help guys!

Problem with fuses/wiring is common for the enclosed lights. In case this issue appears in future, replace them with led trailer lights - you'll save power, gain performance, and probably never need to change a burned out bulb again.
