Interesting, if you had access to the missing parts, might not be a bad deal, but what kind of paper work does something like that come with?

Forget rebuilding it. If it were near me I would buy it, part out the relatively few parts that wouldn't fit my '09 F350 for a profit on Ebay, and keep the engine and other parts as spares. A new engine is double that cost.
