VW 92 Golf with 1.6 diesel

I picked up a 84 Jetta with a diesel engine for only $100.00 and now i want to drop it in my 92 Golf. I know some modifications need to be made, and fabricated, but I'm taking tis slow because i want it done right. here is were I'm at now.

you can see that one of the pulleys needs to be replaced but where do i get one? and where are the timing marks for the cam and crank? the injector pump was easy, but should i just mark (with a marker) off where TDC is and align it up with the injector?

well it wouldn't let me upload my pic but you can click the link to see the pulley.

Ive always used a paint marker that is a little wide so you can align it better (vs a thin line)
$100 for a diesel Jetta ? You got a steal; especially with fuel prices going through the roof. It's worth more then that in scrap -

For parts Ive dealt with this guy : http://www.vwdieselparts.com/
