There are several companies making chip, namely Rocketchip. Kerma TDI sells several upgrades including nozzles, and turbos for some models. There's also DieselPower that sells the Digi-PD box that plugs in between the injectors and ecu which can be easily removed with no footprint so there's no problems with the warranty. DieselPower is also testing something for the turbo, but I haven't read the specifics on what it is supposed to do.

I have been using a VanAaken chip. I opted not to have my chip tuned, since you have to send it back to the tuner to go back to stock. They do not make un uploader for the vw right now.

Go with a van Aaken chip. They give a good power gain, plug in under the hood and can be easily removed if needed. They are also not that expensive. Here is a link for you to look at: http://dominatordiesel.com/catalog/i...hp?cPath=73_76

I've been reading about a flash programmer from Revo Technik called SPS, but I can't find a whole lot of info on it. I'm not sure if you have to send the ecu to them first then be able to switch programs or if just plugging in the programmer works with no other modifications.

DPDiesel,
I was looking on your website and it doesn't look like any of those Van Aaken boxes will fit my 06 1.9 TDI unless I'm missing something. Do you have a tuner box for the 06 1.9 TDI's?

Yes,
The SBX-100R will fit most 2006 1.9L TDi's. The later ones use the SBX-105R. If you want some more info PM me your email address and I can send you some.
