2.4 NA Toyota

Ok guys, looks like I'll be stopping on the way home to purchase me an 84 toyota 4x4 with the 2.4 ltr Diesel in it.
The truck is in really good shape considering the year.

At the moment it is NA and I'm going to want to add a small turbo. Thinking about 5psi.

Any suggestions/ ideas on the turbo to be used?

Mostly freeway travel, some pulling with a small trailer.

I was thinking I would pull the injectors and have them gone through and maybe a slight extrude for approx 15-25 hp.

It currently needs a IP so while thats off I'm going to have Industrial Injection give it a small boost.
Then I can get the now REALLY restricted exhaust done and should be ready to cruise.

Looks like we all have to find a way save money on fuel. It doesn't mean we have to give up our Diesels though.on: I'm waiting on a IP for my new(old) n/a VW too. Let us know how it turns out.

I will report as requested.
I should be able to spend a little time on it tonight and I'm sent some messages on the exhaust manifold and turbo as well

We'll see.

Updated

Ok, I have a Turbo manifold (exhaust and intake) on the way.
The injectors are done, Picked up a donar truck today to get a better bed and a non slider back window.

I've bought a new timing belt, water pump, Idler pullies, getting a windshield installed tomorrow.

I turned up the pump and advanced the timing in prep for the turbo.
As soon as the turbo is installed I'll take it over to get the Exhaust done.

Rockin...
