volvo diesel common rail S40 115BHP 2002

Hi can any one help
On tickover im gettin alot more vibration than usuall and when revinmg its misfires at the start. Just had new glow plugs fitted and glowplug relay, but the problem still persists? Its on 95k miles, had loads of cleaning fluid through it but still running like a bag of spanners. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Don't tease us in the U.S. I would like a XC90 Diesel. But we can't get that either. Keith

I'm not sure if that engines utilizes a seperate gilmore belt to turn the injection pump. The older cars had a seperate belt that had tendency to jump a tooth and then the injection pump is not in time. Sounds little injection pump is not in time.
