help identify this diesel engine?

Can anyone help me identify this engine? or help me where to look to find out more about it?

It's in a 1967 Ford truck chassis, that is a step van.
it's a inline 6 cylinder diesel, but I can't seem to find a data plate or any info on it.

I can check my manuals to see if I have anything that covers this year. Is this medium duty?

After doing more research, I'm thinking this may be a detroit engine? Any resources for trying to find out more?

That is not a Detorit engine at all it look more like Perkins otherwise a old school Ford diesel tractor engine in there one of the two but I am leaning more toward to Perkins.

If you took a photo of injector pump I can able tell which one.

Merci.
Marc

Pas de problème,il marche n'est-ce pas?"(No problem, it works doesn't it?)

I want to say Perkins. See if you can locate any casting numbers, logo etc. If it is indeed a Perkins, its a Chrysler product. As far as finding a stroke length, only do this if you think its necessary, take an injector out, have a rod to fit into the injector orifice and get the cylinder to TDC. Mark the rod as it sits and rotate the engine until BDC and mark the rod again. Measure the distance to give us a general realm of where the stroke might be close to. I know its not accurrate 100% but it will give us a direction to a point. Unless you decide to rebuild this rig, don't bother with the rod through the injector hole. Hope this helps.

more details

Ok, I found some more info.

Looks like it is a Ford. After some more cleaning I found a logo that looks like it has F M C in the logo. It was on the valve cover... But it's kinda hard to tell what exactly it says.

Still not 100% sure. I can find many details online. Should I be searching for old ford farm engines?

here are some more pics.
