cummins ecm calibrate

I have cummins insite +incal and compatible usb link adapter tool and want to change some changes to the ecm because it was taken from another truck which is of 300hp and move to this one with a n14-350 engine which is 350hp. The truck starts ok but it is not performing as how it are to so i know that the ecm and the engine is not communicating properly. The thing is i am new to insite(first time user)and is asking for some help as to what i must do to carry out this task.I have insite pro level, password removal so i think the software is ready but i am not. Any insite user advice or instructions will be an asset to me now. Thanks in advance
