Bad Day

Alright, so Monday I picked up an 05 Ford Five Hundred Limited with 29k miles on it. Sold my truck. Didn't want to, but I am starting a new job that requires me driving about 70 miles round trip a day. I need to start saving more money.

Anyway the car is absolutely beautiful. Well today I am at work and a trucker hauling an oversized load catches some power lines and completely destroys two power poles and in the processes of bringing them down scraps the **** out of my hood and fend on my passenger side of my (New to me) car. Thank god the hole pole didn't come crashing into my car.

To top it off, the A-hole drives off like nothing happened!! :ymca Well no one witnessed him do it just the cops know he was the only one that could have done it. So now I may be out of my deductible of $500 to get it fixed.

Sorry had to vent.

Yeah I know, but with the damage not being all that much, Its probably just going to be cheaper to just pay for it out of pocket rather than jack with the insurance companies. That is unless they have found the guy and the police report shows that.
