Looks good. I look forward to meeting you this summer. Have you heard any word on a NPPA tech day with test and tune pull?

What horsepower is that pump rated for? What size of nozzles are you going to run, and how many cc's of fuel? I'm thinking the HX40 will be a bit small.

This pump will flow over 900cc, so you tell me. We don't HP rate we flow rate our pumps. so your guess is as good as mine. i have seen a guy make 550hp and 1,000tq on a VE (180cc). I am having a custom set of nozzles EDMed right now by a guy, if they work good then i will give you more info. I don't know of anyone running the nozzle combo. so we will see what happens. We are going to start at about the 350cc mark and work up from there. The 40 is a little small but i have a 17 on it now and i have a 23 to bump up to. I want to test it with this and then mod from there. then i know what's helping and what isn't. not just throwing the "cool" parts at it.

I was wondering if that pump was a 215, 180, or a 160hp pump? Just curious what the internals were. If it is a 913, you should be able to do around 500cc's with the aneroid and plate removed. If you were to change delivery valves, add 2 sealing washers + front plug, 13mm plungers-barrels, and adjust the rack, 800+cc's is possible.

well if it really flow 900cc at a decent rpm it must be a 14mm plunger and barrel set up. since the rack travel has not even been maxed with the stock front plug on it.
you had my hopes up i though someone was doing a buildup on a p7100 pump for all to see.

97 3500 4x4 cummins 6 speed southbend dual disk, over 500rwhp. 2001 gmc sierra 2500 dura/alli 4x4 4 door,100hp dumaximizer. and project 11:30 98 12v reg cab, auto, short bed, hx40/16 on top, bht3be on bottom riding on a set of 20's and driving back and forth to work everyday at 500 plus rwhp. and a 00 4x4 crew cab stroke, heck it might get a cummins.

Ya I'm Going To Try The 40 And See What Happens. My Pump Isn't An Automotive Pump. Believe What You Will But We Ran It On Our Test Stand And It Was At A Little Over 800 Without Rack Adjustments.

how big is your pump test stand, as in how many horse power? i am not saying this to be a a55, but to find out all the different ways people flow pumps. i know pump #s are higher when run at a slower speed. what speed do you run yours when testing cc's? how many ccs does a 215 pump that has it rack travel maxed put out on your stand? i have heard 650cc for a maxed 215 with stock barrels and plungers.

It's A Bosch Eps815 Runs At 20hp But Is Able To Run Up To 70hp. We Run Them At 500rpm Steps And When We Just Bump Gov Cut Out And Then Adjust Rpm From There.
