Anyone seen the PSD truck on the East Coast with the mechanical injection pump?

I was at my local fuel shop today, and he showed me pics of a blue ext cab 99 up sd, looked like it had the 05 bumper. It has a powerstroke in it, I am assuming a 7.3 by the size of the valve covers. It had fabricated aluminum valve covers, two huge turbos in front of the engine, billet heads, and I could see what looked like a p-pump of some sort on the engine as well. It also has a pyro per cylinder, kinda looks like a hemi. Pretty sweet. This guy told me these guys have been messing with this truck for two years now and now they are finally getting it to run good. So my question is, Has anyone seen this truck running down the track in your area? Does anyone have anymore info on this truck? Thanks Ryan.

A frend of mine e-mailed me some pics of one like that a couple of weeks ago I bet it was the same one. He told me he thought it had a cat 3408 or 3208 injection pump on it.
