Please help spartan

I just bought a Spartan and I'm having probs. Ran it two weeks on 150 Dpf on. Just installed turboback delete and age stage 2. I loaded the 250 tune. Turned key off for 10 seconds and started. Did trans relearn and truck ran awesome. Got back to the house turned truck off! Got in it to go to a buddys house 20 min later and it wouldn't start. Would do absolutly nothing. Reprogramed back to stock. As soon as I completed heard fuel pump come on. Loaded the 150 Dpf off tune. Started right up and ran great. Turned ignition off and the same thing happend wouldn't start, turn over nothing. Can sombody please give me a call with input! 979-240-4027

When installing the DPF delete, you probably left one of the temperature sensors unplugged or otherwise mangled the electrical to have it go open circuit. This causes them to read high (ie, way over temp) and may prevent the truck from starting since it thinks the exhaust is super hot. Check all the temp sensors in the exhaust and their connectors.

The sensors are easy to break. I broke one going back to stock once dealer asked a lot of questions W,W,W,W,and H about tuners before correcting under warranty.

If it was a temp sensor it wouldn't start period....at least that is my experience with it. Are there any codes?

I reprogrammed it with the 250 tune while I was installing the flo-pro downpipe back exhaust, and afe intake. It said turn key off for 10 seconds and start. I did I fired up and ran excellent. I have to reprogram everytime for it to start. The light on the dash come on but when you turn the key I does nothing. Won't even turn over. The exaust didn't come with anywhere to plug in sensors they are just unpluged under the truck. Is this the problem

The exhaust should have bungs in it for the sensors. If the sensors are not plugged in then that is why your truck doesn't start. Who did you order everything from?

I drilled holes and weleded in bungs. Hooked up sensors, now it starts everytime, thought it needed the bungs but he the guy I bought it from insisted it didn't. Thanks everybody for the help. Im gonna run the 250 tune for awhile. Will the shifting get better. When I was doing the relearn, I floored it and It seemed as if it was missing gears or slipping on trans. Is this normal. Sorry bout all the question nobody around here has ever heard of Spartan.
