Your flash card has unseated.

The simplest way to reseat the card is to tap the side of the Livewire firmly on a solid surface on the Jog Wheel side. Tap it a few times hard, not hard enough to break it. ;-) That will reseat it.

If the LW is bumped around, it can unseat the chip. SCT has a permanent fix on the latest vesions they are shipping, but it happens once in a while.

I will do that when I get back to working on it, this is like the 5th time the sct said this. If I send it back to sct will they fix this problem?
Thanks
Fuzzy

Does anyone know if SCT will fix this problem? It does it every time its hooked to the truck. Seem like alot of money wasted if i have to tap it every time I want it on.

Absolutely, the will fix it with no question.

If you bought it from us, we'll take care of it for you. Just call for an RMA.

Thanks
