After Modded What Next?

ok, so i just put a s&b intake, h&S black maxx, and 5" flow pro down pipe back on my truck , I am not planning on doing any more to the truck. I was hoping that the stock stuff will hold up to the new power. Is this true? If not what do I need to add to increase my margins of safety to keep from breaking things.

I do not plan on racing it but do plan on romping on it from time to time.

Things i was unsure about
Headstuds?
Traction bars/Ladder bars?
Driveshaft?
Transmission?
Axles?
Rear ends?
basically everything that is now being affected by the new power.

Your truck can handle way more power then what you have done to it. I am not familiar with Black Maxx but when I looked at the specs on it it only goes to 225 additional horse power which is not that much compared to the Spartan tuner. I ran the 250 on the Spartan with AFE intake and tq tube and 5inch Dual exhaust with the dpf/cat deletes and never had any issues. Everything else was stock on my truck. Why did you go with Black Maxx instead of Spartan?

the shift on the fly and a friend of mine had one and love it. I now know why.

thanks for the info, i am glad to have the extra pwr but didn't want to hurt anything that was not capable of handling the added stress.

I'd get traction bars, they make a world of difference.
