EGR Delete and MAP sensor location

Does the H&S Black Maxx automatically delete the EGR meaning keep it closed. Is there any advantages to completely removing it? I heard that if removed it somehow affected cruise control ability.

As for the MAP sensor where is it located. A buddy of mine said that my bad fuel mileage could be attributed to it being dirty. Can i clean it with MAF cleaner?

Thanks again guys,

Map sensor is in the intake pipe between the filter and the manifold. It's ovalish....
