Tow haul

Is it possible to adjust the tow haul parameters with tuning? I have a lifted job 1 f350 and would like the truck to remain in 4th with converter lockup a little longer before shifting to 5th. My truck shifts (in tow haul mode) shifts from 4th to 5th at 97 kph (gps) @2100 rpm if that was 110-120 kph @2500 rpm that would be great. Can 5th gear be disabled in tow haul ?, and if you want 5th turn tow haul off. this would make my lifted truck a much better tow rig.
