Yep i emailed I think it was Mick about when they were going to fix the tune for the EGR code, and also doing a later converter lockup. I and my truck hates the 45mph lockup, it has 35's and it makes the truck bog down and it just sucks all the way around. It needs to be an option and maybe around 55mph of a lockup, 45mph the truck shifts good a part throttle and then all of a sudden it just dies out, can't be good for the trans at all. Not sure if the email address was wrong but no response, as long as it took for the "update" to come out the EGR code should not have been an issue and they should have taken in to consideration on opinions of converter locking, totally sucks on my truck right now, I need a later lock up, I've had this tuner for about a year and it's been alot of complaints on my side, power is great but the the tunes shift too hard and too soon, you can't hardly stay in a gear for a split second at part throttle and it shifts, I"m not a skweaky wheel but the shifting has been my whole issue from day one. Sorta of a shame we still have to go through the trouble of downloading tunes again to correct the the EGR problem and there hasn't been posts saying "we are working on it" or anything.
