Question Dpf delete cat delete air box

I will be putting an s&b intake, mini maxx and exhaust or dpf/cat delete not sure yet
First off can I do tha air box and tuner first and in a few months do exhaust?
That is what I have $$$ for now.
Any relevant info would be great.
And what is advantage of a 5" exhaust over a 4 "?
Will leaving the dpf on cause problems?
Thanks
Rich

You can do the exhaust last because the tuner has DPF on tunes. The air box can be put on at any time. The exhaust must be put on after the tuner if you eliminate the DOC/DPF.

No advantage of 5" over 4" because the biggest downpipe you can get on the truck is 4". Stock is only 3" in diameter on the inside. 5" does sound better though.

When should I defuel 6.4 w/mini maxx

I put a mini maxx on along with an S & B intake. I hope to put a 5" exhaust from the down pipe back in the next 3 weeks or so. My first drive egt was around 1000 1250. I then put it back mild. Could someone let me know what top temp I should stay under.
Thanks for your time

I have the same setup as you, except I bought a DPF delete. The Mini Max will De-Fuel at 1450* You're safe up to that point, you can go over for short periods,.
