Custom Shop in MA, RI area for 6.4 Diesel?

I'm looking for a good shop that can do a custom exhaust with dpf delete, a cold air intake and tuner as a complete package with install in the Rhode Island or Mass area. I want it done for my 08 F250 6.4 CC. Any suggestions? Any experience with the Lou's Custom Exhaust shops in the area? Thanks in advance.

You don't want a bolt in exhaust?

I'm not really sure what is best as this is my first diesel but I assumed a completely welded system is best? Also, if I wanted to start piecing components together is it best to install a cold air intake or exhaust first? I plan on doing the programmer last.
Any suggestions on intakes or exhaust systems?

The kits you can get are bolt in place of the DPF and cat, so you can easily put back to stock if selling or warranty work.

I did a one stop shop deal of an intake, tuner, and exhaust from Spartan to get the best deal. You also need tuning to shut off the regeneration at the same time you do the exhaust mods.

The stock airbox feeds pretty much cool outside air anyway, so I wasn't gonna swap that origionally, but it was a good deal at the time, so I did that too.

I actually live in Rhode Island and luckily I only have to do a safety inspection every year.

My friend runs PDS (performance diesel service) he is currently rebuilding a '08 6.4. I know has rebuilt a few of them. He also has done many EGR/DPF deletes on them.

My other friend had his '10 done there (EGR, DPF delete and H&S tuner) We took his truck for a 300 mile plus ride last week all highway no load and got 22 mpg @ about 65mph.

Call Turbo Todd Ely at 413 668 8383

he is in Palmer Mass
