Hope you bought head studs with it. I just found out my head gaskets are blown. Make sure to set your defuel levels accordingly. Pretty easy to install and setup. Sweet tuner but make sure the truck is ready for it. Hate to see you have issues.

First from what I remember talking to u. U are out of warranty correct. If so either way I would get your head gaskets checked to ensure u have no issues before putting the stuff on ur truck. My dealer charged $85 to check it. Definately worth knowing. If its not blown and u plan on running any power increases. I would definately run head studs. Also delete the egr as well. This is the way I understand these trucks. This is entirely my opinion. If u tune u need to do it right the first time and don't piece meal it like I did. Delete ur egr add head studs. Add a wastegate and blow off valve or just tune it and never up the power. Adding power to the stock truck will work for a while but could be costly later. I'm getting ready to finally do it the right way now that my gaskets are blown.

As for defuel levels.
Cold coolant 140
Hot coolant 220
Hot oil 210
Hot trans 180
Pyro 1450
Boost 47 psi

This is the way I set mine. I am by no means an expert. Just an electrical engineer that reads a lot of posts and talks to a few performance shops.

Have fun with the tuned truck. It's a whole new beast once tuned.

Hit me up if u have any questions. I'd be happy to answer them.

My company truck has 185,000 miles on a full delete kit. No blown HG's. If you run around driving like an ahole all the time, youre at risk. Otherwise, drive it normal and it will be fine. The occasional romping wont hurt it.

I'm not saying 08stroker abuses his truck or anything, just saying that its out of the norm. Sorry Stroker if I came off like a jerk.

Hey, it was day 4! . But I have 68k on the ticker. So that's 36k tuned running mostly the hot damn files. 0 problems.

Got everything hooked up and the truck runs great. A had a nice scare today because Friday I got the pod holder painted and bolted in and wired in the tuner and loaded the tunes in for dpf present and worked great. Then my buddy helped me today to do the exhaust and after we bolted it in I started to down load the tunes for the dpf removed then the truck would not start so did it again and no start, then loaded dpf present and it would only start the first time then no second start, reloaded tune again no start. Called h&s closed called mike from extreme and told me to try loading oem stock tune and loaded it and then loaded dpf removed tune and everything works perfect but made me nerves. Thought I had a broken truck in the driveway for the weekend and screwed for work on Monday. All is good thanks mike.
