Hey all, I'm having a huge issue with my truck. Yesterday I was towing my 10,000# trailer. Had no issue at all while towing it until I got home, unhooked and went to the grocery store. Somehow I blew an intercooler boot while going around a corner doing 30km/hr with maybe 20# boost. Today, I had a new radiator installed along with my afe intercooler and cold side tube and BD boots. I went for a test drive after install and blew the top drivers side boot off, went back to the shop, he torqued it down more and went for another drive, same thing again. The whole time I'm getting this kind of rattling noise and it sounds like I have air blowing out of somewhere around the turbo. So I have the mechanic watch for something while I spool up to 25# and sees nothing. I have the truck running the 510 tune from Spartan and have never had an issue with it. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The pipe needs to be really CLEAN where the hose comes in contact with it. Also applying hair spray to the pipe before installing the hose will help. Might also take care of the air noise.
