Thats a really good Idea. Hell even if it was made a one piece you could have it cut in half and v-bands welded on.

Stock 20's wrapped in 35x12.50R20 Toyo MT's, 3.73 gears, Nav, Backup Cam, Tailgate step, Upfitters, etc.
Mods: AFE Intake, Line-X, 20% Tint, Clear Bra, Husky Mats, Smoked Recon Mirror markers/3rd brake light, Bushwacker Pocket style flares w/ mud flaps + an aluminum Rapid Hitch (one of the best investments!)

I dunno, I felt as far as I could up the down pipe with my scrawny *** arm and I never felt and baffles. I don't think its 3 1/2" either. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it 4" just not mandrel bent?

The exterior is 4" but the inside is 3.5"

Elite will be releasing a 2 piece 4" down pipe within 2 weeks. You will have to cut the stock pipe to get it out but then you can install the 2 piece unit. It will not attach to the stock DOC but will require a DOC delete pipe. We have taken the liner out of the downpipe on 3 trucks now and they definitely increase the noise. Haven't dyno'd performance. All were cab up.

SO if we have a current DOC/DPF delete pipe will the downpipe bolt to that? Same ball joint flange?
