Fred, we have now sent you the tunes 4 times total. 2 via email, and we have shipped you two separate SD cards, the last of which was shipped several weeks ago. We even re-wrote your tunes a second time after they were discarded off our network the first time because they were never downloaded.

The last time we shipped, I emailed you once and left 2 voicemails on your phone asking if you needed it shipped to your Chicago or Texas address and got no response- so after 3 days I shipped it to your Texas address, being the last place you requested it sent.
How can you say you get no response from us when you have made no (repeat NO) attempts to contact us since the last time I contacted you, and mailed out a 3rd SD card? Your idea of communication is to call repeatedly, leave annoyed voicemails that we didn't answer the phone, then you don't bother answering when I return your calls, and don't call or email back to my messages.
I know I've instructed you personally (several times I might add) on how to install the tunes onto this device, and I know you've corresponded with calibrations too.
I don't know just how far out of the way we are supposed to go for you on this, but I'm getting close to wit's end...especially when you come on here and accuse my company of "robbing" you. That's a line of pure bull**** and you damn well know it.
I'm just going to be totally blunt at this point. The reason the product does not "work" is because you have put absolutely no effort into attempting to follow the technical advice that we have provided you, nor to bother communicating with us when we go out of our way to ship you what you need free of charge in order to solve "technical" issues that are entirely composed of installation issues on your end.
I'm sorry if I'm coming across as an ***, but when you start a thread with a title like this, then threaten legal actions after we have went out of our way...don't expect much differently.
If you want this fixed, you need to ship us back the DashDAQ along with BOTH SD cards and I'll install it properly myself. And if you still want to insist the problem is on our end, I'll be more than happy to video everything from me opening the box to fixing the SD card, and mailing it back to you so everyone here can see for themselves.
