Ran a 13.26/102.41mph @ 8520lbs. CCSB

First time out racing the truck, and so far pretty happy. The only mods are a Spartan 310, powerstroker67 down pipe, deleted the egr coolers, S&B intake, EDE head studs. Truck weighed in at 8520lbs. Also have a 3.5" lift with 20's and 35's. The truck shifted flawlessly, I forgot to reload the tune, but seemed to be strong anyway.
------------1st Run----------2nd Run
60ft--------1.825------------1.780
660 mph---81.46------------81.04
660 ET-----8.445------------8.401
1/4 mph---102.41-----------100.79
1/4 ET-----13.263-----------13.254

My plan is to get the truck in the 12's on fuel only.

I have yet to install my intercooler pipe and spearco intercooler from Dirty Diesel Customs, and my TCM from Spartan. Should get me there I hope

Your 60' could do a little better, but not much. More visits to the track will yield more practice with tire pressure and boost numbers. Good numbers for the first time though!

What can I do to get my 60' down? More boost off the line? If I boost more than 15psi my front end wheel hops bad. What's the cure for front wheel hop?

Nice times!! Your not that far off on your 60'. You can shave another 1/2 tenth or so which will about double on the big end. What type of 35" tire are you running? If your running mud tires it will be difficult to get the best 60' time! As said above, start lowering the air pressure to get more traction. Try somewhere around 35 psi or so and go from there.

What kind of tire pressure should I run? What about traction bars for the front? I'm running factory radius arms now, do I go to a four link setup? I'm assuming the radius arms are the reason it wheel hops. Thanks
