Thanks for your response forced6.4...

How does that happen..? Is it bc i havent used any of the EGR enabled tunes in awhile? Is this something that i can take care of by doing anything or is this something that the dealer has to take care of... I'de hate to put the cat/dpf on and go through all that hassle if its something that i could do real quick... Is it going to mess anything up as i drive i on the 275 tune?

Do you think it could be a bad sensor?

I doubt its a sensor. You can pull the EGR valve cover and cycle the egr valve by hand to free it up manualy. But I would return to stock and get the updated coolant free egr valve if your still under warrenty.

If you pull the cover. Load a tune below the 210 and flog the snot out of the truck to blow the coolers and valve body clean of coke build up. It should fix your problem.

So I loaded up the 175 and been driving it for the last day or 2 pretty hard and no code or engine light... So I'm guessing I must have blown it open bc a code or check engine light would of came on with in the first 5 min of running the truck when it goes through it's diagnostics... So I'm a happy camper, no dealer for me!
