Engine codes

Loaded Innovative's Extreme Street tune and got the below codes.
P1000 On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P041D Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temperature (EGRT) Sensor B Circuit High

I ran the truck for about 30 miles and the cel came on. Will these codes affect the way the truck runs?

Bone stock 11' F250 cc
03' DSG Cobra Conv. twin 61mm turbos, built lower, built 4R70 w/ mvb from Freddy Brown, Modular racing stg II cams, Fore triple hat, Triple walbros, 80lb inj, Bassani 3" cb, level 5 h/s, Eaton posi, MM max grip irs kit.
91' Metallic Gray Mustang Coupe project. Dart 331, Scat 4340 rods and crank, CP pistons, AFR 205's w/ Ti retainers, 4R70. Going with 76mm or larger turbo.

The first code will never go away if your deleted. the second code can cause you trouble. I cant remeber what sensor it is sorry. I would clear and see if it comes back

This is the first time I've got these codes. I ran their race tune and it gave me two codes for lost communication with ecm a and b or something like that. I was running their street tune and had no issues. Once I switched to the extreme street I got these two codes. It seems to run fine. I tried to clear it and after about 20-30 miles it came back again.

I have heard that SCT gives you the comm codes and nothing can be done. But it kind seems to me like a tune issue. might want to get ahold of who did your tunes and see what they say.

I talked to them this morning. I didn't realize that when loading the tunes that I had to put yes for EGR has been deleted. I hope that solves the problem. I'm going to reload the tune and see what happens.

So far it's working. I haven't driven far enough to find out. I'll find out tomorrow after driving some more.
