you will need to buy another license for the tuner. Add 500.00 to that price iirc.

Lets just say not quite stock.

If it is new and was never installed I would say it is a great deal. If it was installed as others pointed out, then probabaly not a good deal...

What's the difference? Correct me if I'm wrong, but he'll have to buy a license either way. They ship Dashdaq's with tunes specifically for each truck, whether the seller used it or not, the tunes in it are for the seller's truck, and a license would need to be purchased for another truck.

'10 F350, CCLB, SRW, 4x4, 6 speed, 2.5" AutoSpring front leveling pucks, 37 x 13.50 x 18 Toyo's, 18 x 9 XD Diesel's, Road Armors front/rear

I am under the impression that the spartan tunes are more genaric for all 6.4 powerstrokes. The sct custom tunes are truck specific. I know I picked up a spartan for my truck and loaded it right up. Nothing specific to the truck as far as the tune goes.

New Ride 08 F-250 CC SB FX-4 6.4 auto loaded job 1, Spartan 310,RCD 485,525, Erics Xstreet,KEM250 DPF delete,downpipe, intercooler pipe, 4" mbrp, timbrens

04 F-350 6.0,auto,SC,SB, 8ft Fisher X-Blade, Hideaway Strobes, XM Radio,Alpine Head unit, X-codes, Edge Mini spring pack, Edge adjustable track bar, 315/75/16 Toyo A/t,Prodigy brake controler,MBRP 3.5" downpipe,5"stacks, powermaxx turbo, Xrace tuned

Old truck-3/27/03 build F-350,CC,SB,DRW 6.0, Auto, Black on black, Blacked out bumpers/ grill, Moon roof, fifth wheel.

old sick, 1/7/03 build

I guess the license is vin specific, so I guess it wouldn't work. The new strategy tuners don't need custom tunes like the old ones because all the tunes for all the strategies are already on it so I was thinking it would work if it wasn't used.
