Should I or should I not tow with the 345???!

Gonna tow the race truck to Dirty Diesel on Sunday. I got the KEM 345 tune loaded, I figure why not. EGT's seem to be down. Tranny oil smells good. Towed 15,000lbs. with the 310 many times. I'm a sensible guy when it comes to towing, why not? The other reason is I'm curious of mileage with this tune.

Check it out, see what it does. If you aren't feeling happy pull over and drop to a lower tune. You won't know till you try.

i wouldn't be afraid to tow with any tune. as long as a guy watches the egts if they get high you just use a lower gear and keep the revs up.
i just pulled my trailer through the maintains with the 585 tune. felt good didnt shift once rpms didnt even move. egts stayed low the whole time. shure feels good when people are struggling to make i up a hill and you blow by them doin 130 with a trailer on!!

Think of this way. IF you have a problem. Then both trucks are there to get upgraded. Its a win win situation.

Lets just say not quite stock.

True that. But, I need to make it to pay the bills for the race truck.
