06 Dodge grounding issue?

I have a friends 2006 Dodge 2500 4x4 in my shop. He bought a Bully Dog Triple Dog programmer a year ago. He has NEVER got it to work, and spent lots of time with their tech dept. After endless issues back and forth they sent him a new one. He plugged it in, and it worked for 1 day. Now his ABS light is stuck on. Called them back again, and they told him he has a grounding issue. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this for him?

Man, I can only pray that you don't go through what I did! I chased an electrical issue for 5 months, and everywhere I took it they pointed straight to the bullydog. I tried several ecm's, paid a butt-load of money, and as it turns out, my water pump blew 1 week before all this started, corroded the hell out of the fan clutch which shorted across the 5V reference from the ecm. this caused trouble ALL OVER the truck. last place I would have looked, but isnt that always the case?

sidenote: Buddy from Bullydog stuck with me from start to finish, provided hours of help on the phone, even sent me 2 of his ecm's and tested mine! talk about customer service, I bought 1 part from them 2 years prior. Most companies would have just said

One thing worth mentioning; I was told the ABS module is very sensitive. This was one of many symptoms on my truck. My suggestion would be to un-install the program and disconnect all parts of the bullydog, disconnect the batteries overnight to reset the ecm, and see if that helps clear things up. When re-installing the bullydog, follow the instructions to the letter. Batteries disconnected, all accessories off when loading the program, double check all connections before powering up. Hope this works.
