I don't have the answer, but how much different are ford or chevy inter fender?
I know you never want to corrupt a good Dodge with a inferior part off another brand but you may have to.

I Dono? but I would think? some One? would make at least Plastic ones!--as I read & see a lot of Mods here on TDG--but No tinkers! I assume?--theres still a seperation in vehicle owner classes--the Big Buck guys--that PAY for all the Mods!--& the back yard mechanics that Do All their own Tinkering!--WE the wife & I just attended the first local classic car show locally--& in chatting--We noticed a huge Gap--in mechanical knowledge between these two classes--especially in the Mopars--& as an Ole couple--{Tinkers!} We chatted w/ one Big $$ guy--who mentioned how much $$ He spent!--several times!!--I as a Tinker felt Sorry for Him!--as in reality HE had NO! Idea?? of what?? He really had?--SO!! We assume?? aftermarket HYPE!! is where the Big $$ guys Shop!--One Ole Mopar guy had the Nicest 39 Ply coupe w/ a Hemi in it--just Beautifull--PERFECT!!--5 yrs of Tinkering--this Ole Guy did every thing!--Frame--running gear--interior--body work--electrical--& in chatting He mentioned the New Generation just DONO!--I*M NOT! against big $$ Guys Persay!--I just Think? their missing the Best part of really Enjoying their RIDES!--Driving IT & getting Compliments is NICE!--No matter Who? did the work?--but tinkering yourself & knowing what you have!--gives you Knowledge you can*t BUY!--& when? something does Go wrong?--You can Fix it yourself!--& Not have to call a Tow Truck & PAY $$ to get what ever? Fixed!--& really Not know?? if? its Done RIGHT?--Ole Jim--

Nobody makes them aftermarket. You may be able to find New Old Stock if you search some dealer ships, but good luck. Salvage yards are your best bet. A guy near me has several front clips. I will inquire about the inner fenders and let you know.
