Farming video

One of our customers made this video.

We had a little of everything going on in this field.

Hauing hay off to customers, stacking in the barn, big and small bales...

It is for the small bales. Big bales are mainly for cows, some for horses though.

I don't think there is a better smell than cut hay... That has to be my favorite aroma.

Why farm half when you can FARMALL!

Give fools their gold, and knaves their power;
Let fortune's bubbles rise and fall;
Who sows a field, or trains a flower,
Or plants a tree, is more than all.- Whittier.

I love the smell as well but my allergies dont... I am assuming that you are on the west coast or down south from the square bales. I have been trying to get my Friend to let me come help them cut and bale they handle around 20,000+acres of alfalfa out here, always wanted to get into the Ag industry. next year this area will look a bit different as every one is switching from Alfalfa to wheat.

We are in oregon, on the dry side of the mountains, Ya the smell is great. Problem is in the last year price of hay has gone from 200/ton to 110/ton. So it no longer smells like money, a lot of people are just not making hay because of it....
