you have auto hubs? if so put it in 4wd. otherwise you're just gonna have to keep the boost down or you'll be spinnin away.

if its just to launch in a straight line you can do it then take it out before you do any turning. just keepin it in 2wd and spool it a little will be better.

Hold the brake down harder, and put it in 4WD to race.

just be aware thier is a chance of destoying your hubs, and if thier isn't any money at the finish line was it worth it. only did 4wd launch once, and that will be my last time I do it,I destoyed a hub, gets too expensive in the long run.IF YOUR GONNA PLAY,YOUR GONNA PAY!

You're the first that I have heard of destroying hub lilpooh. You must not have crept a couple feet after turnin the switch. It seems like the wheels need to turn a little bit to fully engage.

You're chances of hurting something are pretty low Taylor34. Most people that drag race their diesels do it.

now that you mention that I was at a complete stop when I flipped the switch,at the time I was pumped up sitting next to a srt-4 and I knew he was going for it.things happened so fast that time I never really sat back and thought about that.Well I'll have to try it again this time I will fully engage the hubs, that was a awsome feeling leaving the line that hard.
