Unhappy I got killed...........

by a ricer!!!!!! Ya i know i shouldnt be admiting this but it was a ****** car. Heres the story:

I pull out of the 4 wheeler place cross the busy 4 lane and lay into the throttle as im accelerating in the passing lane. I look back in the rearview and im about to get ran over by a whole group of cars so i flip the chip up a couple spots and lay down some cover fire :smoke: . When the smoke clears i got this ricer right on my *** so... i smoke some more. He darts out in the slow lane, blows by me, lets back out of it so i catch him. Me looks over and theyre laughing and both giving me a thumbs up , so i return the  and we get a quick race in. He must have underestimated me bc (too high of gear) i pulled him then i hear a loud *** blow off valve a rapped up 4 cyl and he's gone! I look a little closer and its a wrx sti, so im not to embarrased about the loss . we exchange thumbs up and nods then head our separate ways. Oh and i had my yamaha 660 grizzly in the back the whole time! If i woulda been down at my race weight it would of been alot closer. I was probably weighing in the neighborhood of 8200- 8500 lbs. Well thought id share this with ya, its been the funnest street race in awhile.

later, luke

There isnt any shame in gettin spanked by a scooby. those cars tuned correctly can throw down over 600 hp on the dyno. hell, even stock they are crazy quick. my cuz with the D-max has one, its a 2005 wrx sti, supposidly came with 300 horses. all i know is he did a few mods (cold air intake, full exhaust, and chip) and was a bit closer to my bumper in the Mach.

Dont feel bad Luke,

Those WRX's can get nasty some some mods, we have a local one here that's at the track all the time posting some deep 11sec runs. It's also the kids daily driver. The Suburu WRX, Mitsubishi Evo's & Dodges Srt-4's are dangerous imports!

Besides your regular Old School TT Supras, RX-7's, 300 ZX's and ofcourse the new Generation of RB25/26 motors and Actual Skylines we are seeing in the states now a days. Those are the ones you keep your foot off the pedal when they are cruising next to you and let them go by! lol!

I had this WRX on my *** one day on a two lane 45 MPH road. He finally got a chance to pass me and all I could here was that little turbo whining. He had all the fancy little gauges and big muffler. I had the 80 HP Edge tune loaded that day for some reason. Well I stay on his *** (was hard for him to pass anyone, both lanes were full) for the next 100yds . Well we pull up to the red line and he is one car length behind me. I start out reall slow (maybe 5MPH) and let that car next to me get ahead and the little WRX get right next to me. We keep it at a very slow speed until ther is about 50yds ahead of us that is clear. Well I hear that little turbo spooling again and I nail it while in 1st gear (his window is right at my exhaust) I bark the tires and blow smoke all over him and hit a good second and bark the tires again. He's right next to me now and misses second and I pull way ahead of him. He then will not pass me even after I slow to the speed limit. I know that little car would have ate my lunch but it was funny after he missed his shift and stayed back in traffic.
