2 6.0's and a Silverado SS dead

Was messing around on the road last night just cruising. F-350 pulled up on the side of me and wanted to go at it. Wasn't much of a race...just rolled all over it.

Later on I caught up with a Silverado SS. Was on the side of him and hit the throttle a few times to let him know I wanted to run. He backs off the throttle so I figured he didn't want any, and then next thing I know he nails it after dropping back some...guess he wanted a little chance to get up some speed. There was a car in his lane so he jumped around me about the time I nailed it. Almost immediately I was having to let off the throttle just so I wouldn't run him over. laugh I tried to get the guy to slow down and run from a slower speed, but he wouldn't...guess he got enough the first time running some top end. I was kind of disappointed in the SS because I wasn't even running the truck hard and was about to jump in his back seat.

Just about as soon as I give up on that guy running me again another 6.0 pulls up. He gets a little in front of me and I see the "Superchips" sticker in the window . I start to ease up on the side of him to ask him if he wants to run and he nails it. I let him go for just a second and gain some lead and then get on it. Pulled right up on the side of him. I figured he had enough seeing as how I let him lead and he still got pulled, but he hadn't had enough just yet. He waits a few minutes and then pulls up on the side of me again. Once again I let him go ahead and nail it, and then blow by him.:smoke

All in all it wasn't much competition, but still fun regardless.

Dang it boy, how many times do I have to tell you that it was not the HG's. When it went in it was the stinkin' EGR cooler went bad. Now don't make me come over there and smack you. :sofa

And yea, my truck must be one of those AWD models. It burns all 4 down from a dead stop at 1/4 throttle. I can't take off at full throttle because it does a wheel stand...did I mention it was a crew cab with the long bed?
