Played around with a 6.4L Powerstroke

Well, I was on the way home from work yesterday and ended up behind a modified 6.4L Powerstroke...brand new. I saw right off the bat it was jacked up and was running on semi rims and had at least a 6" exhaust or bigger.

When we pulled out on the road and got up to speed he started rolling some coal all over me :smoke so I knew it was modified. I followed him up to where the road goes to 4 lane because I thought maybe I would get a run.

Get to where the road goes 4 lane for just a bit down the road...when it turns he nails it and passes the car in front of him. I nail it behind him and quickly realized this wasn't a race...it was a slaughter.laugh

I don't know what the guy had in the truck as far as tuner, but it didn't do much for it. The thing was so slow that I was probably a little over half throttle and could have walked by him. laugh I was not impressed.

About the only thing the tuner did for that truck was make it smoke like a beotch.:smoke

ya...id like to get some super singles for my truck..think it would look awesome..but prolly make me run some 10s int he 1/8

side note....i toyed with another 6.0 yesterday...dont know what chip he had, but i was wanting to play...got up to a stop light, had to get behind him cuz there was a car in the other lane, he got on it some, starting blowing some smoke, so i tried to keep my throttle to where i didnt rearend him till i got around the car, i floored it, started coming up next to him, but i wasnt pulling him quite as fast as i wanted to so i clicked on the pane and started flyin by em! haha, i looked over as i was passing him and he gave me a big thumbsup ! then i looked at the speedo and was going 100 ina 60 so let out and looked in the mirror and was about 10 or so lenghts ahead

It would have to have some drastic effect because when I say this truck was slow...I mean it was SLOW! When he hit it there was only one lane available so I had to hit it behind him...I thought I was gonna launch through into his back seat, and that was taking off from 60MPH...if we would have taken off on low end I would have probably hit him.

The thing blew a lot of smoke for nothing...laugh
