Cummins vs. Mustang GT

Well I was on my home from work this evening, and got caught by a stoplight. So I was just sitting there minding my own business waiting for my turn to go, and I hear some kid revving up his new GT Mustang behind me trying to impress his little ditsy g/f. So the other light changes to yellow, and he begins to creep up on my @$$ end so I thought I'd have a little fun with him.

There were cars on both sides, him and I in a middle lane, so he had no where to go to pass me. I put my Comp on 4 x 5, and when the light turned, I took off in 1st gear and slowly went through my gears up until 4th. I let 3rd realllly wind out, and by this time he was all over my bumper, so I grabbed 4th, floored it, and covered him up in a good little cloud.

Needless to say, he wasn't happy with my donation, so he finds a hole and passes me and flips me off. His little girlfriend gave me a really hateful look, and I just laughed at them both as they went by.

By now, some of the traffic has turned off, or slowed down, as we are doing about 65 now, and I'm fully geared up as well. I'm still in the middle lane, and he is in the right lane, when a old junky panel van pulls out in the right lane, forcing him to slow down, and because I'm almost up to him, he can't come over into my lane and pass so I pull up beside him and stick there, making him follow the old van for awhile. Then I had to turn left at an upcoming stoplight, so the fun was over..

But, it did provide a little post-work relaxation.
