tail gate

This morning my tool box slamed into my tail gater and jamed it now it wont open. What is going to be the best way of fixing it?

Kick it really hard you may get lucky and striaghten it enough If that don't work reverse into a tree seems the next step!

You can trip the latches on the inside of the tailgate on each side I think. I have went through this before with a tailgate up and tryin to unhook from a gooseneck. The tailgate kind of gets in the way

98 Dodge 12 valve, a few smoke mods, aftermarket tc and valve body and a new flex plate 16.5 degrees of timing, , Hx 40 2 5in Stacks!!
