Cat 3406B Pump Performance Limits?

Could a 3406B injection pump handle 4000 rpm without major internal modifications, and if so any idea how much power could I expect with the fuel maxed out? What size elements do these pumps have?

4000rpm is just a spring and turn a screw. Valves float at 2800rpm... Factory pump plungers are 11.8mm. Power is a product of $, not rpm. 1200hp @ at 2500rpm is $16,000 with all new OEM internals, and aftermarket fuel parts (parts only)...T
