Do these really work?

Do bed covers really help in MPG? I've yet to figure this out. I've had people tell me yes and tell me no. So I don't know what to believe about it. Any input?

Myth Busters - proved it does NOT work !

Having a Hard Cover on the bed provide NO improvement in MPG over having the
tailgate SHUT (same mpg) - save your money for FUEL.

From my experience, not enough to notice any differience,i think the weight of the bed cover would cancel out any gains,if there was any, unless your tryin to get a good excuse to get one.
