Putting factory navigation in an 05 Superduty?

Hi has anyone put the ford navigation units in an 05 Superduty?

The units can be had for around $500 on ebay.

Thanks for any and all help!

Maybe a moderator will do us both a favor and move it to the general discussion or the electronics forum? Anyone? Anyone?

I can but why risk it on the interstate at 80 mph looking for an exit number on a map? I could still plow Fields with a horse or mix concrete by hand too, but why?
