No differance in performance and both are bolt on kits. Personally I like the end to end, just because it looks cleaner to me, but it's really personal preference.
Also, unless you're running 35" or larger tires dual stabilizers isn't really necessary, it's just bling and may actually make the steering a little stiffer in some situations because there's so much dampining.
