Strobe Lights

I saw a ford a week or so ago that had strobe lights in the headlights and the taillights. The fronts would go for 2-3 seconds turn of and go to the rear then repeat. I'm looking for something that will do the same, maybe a kit?

I've seen some kits on ebay. I thought about getting one for my truck too.
