CD is stuck

got a single disk factory cd player and a CD is stuck in it. when i push the eject button it says CD error. anyone know if it can be removed without sending the stereo back to the factory to remove the CD? Also if i can get it out is this going to be a continuing problem?

My pioneer piece of walmart junk cd player does that all the time. I take an ear tag or somthing that will fit in the slot, press the eject button, push down and pull on the cd in your player. Thats what I have to do in mine. Hope that helps.

Try using some tweezers and see if you can grab the cd and try to pull it out while hitting the eject button.

My parrents Excursion has this problem. Either wait for the cd player to fully cool off and it will eject or stick something in there to push the edge of the cd down so it will slide out.
