New wheels

I want to put the 20x9 moto metal 950 wheels on my 06 6.0 f-250. I don't know my offset and backspace. I did email a few dealers on these rims but no one has got back to me except one person. This guy told me that in order for these rims to work on my truck, I would have to lift it 6" because the rims have a negative offset. Is this true?? I don't want to lift it at all. And I heard that a 33x12.50 would fit for a tire. I think my stock tire is close to a 35. Any help on this would be great Thanks alot guys!
