cb tuning?

i recently install a cb in my truck and need to find a shop that will properly tune it for me, ive been to the closet truck stop and they dont tune cbs, and the next closet shop is 50+ miles from me.. any suggestions? thanks alot- Joe

For a cb shop 50 mi. is close.

Well I don't' know much about tuning CB's, but unless you are gonna have them add in some extra juice, I would see what you could do with an antenna tuner. I think i have seen some for about $30 to $50 at a Napa.

There is a guy on this site that goes by "Rollingradios". He is one of the best in the country. I had him tune mine and buddy of mine had the guy tune his. Both of us have gotten compliments on just how well they sound. His prices are pretty reasonable too.

Do you have access to a SWR meter? Are your antennas tunable?
