Two piece steel beadlock wheels?

When I get bigger tires I will need tires that are a little wider than the stockers. I've been kicking around the idea of getting some old H1 wheels and tossing the run-flat crap. Does anyone have any other suggestions/thoughts? I require a 16" X 8" wheel and don't want to go bigger than a 16.5". Also I would prefer steel and NO aluminum. A 35" to 36" tire is what I plan to run.

Thanks!

So something simple like this? Or you could go a little more expensive and get something like the walker Evans, but it's not a 16". Do you really need the bead lock? your not gonna have a very big selection for 16x8, with bead lock, aside from just a black wheel. and they are gonna be a lot more expensive than a regular non lock, as well as a PITA for the poor sob that gets to mount em.

oh, and just a side note, almost All True Bead-Lock wheel are not DOT Legal. Here's some info about em.

I was just thinking about a set of surplus H1 wheels for off-road use on the weekends. I would like to have the ability to re-mount the tire if it pops off w/o looking for a tire shop.

Well, I guess that makes sence. I just did a quick search on Flee Bay, and found a set. Otherwise just go back to the starter fluid and a lighter. That will re-seat you tires and remove unwanted body hair in one quick move.
