6.0 has no power can anyone help please

hello all I have an 03 f350 with 150,000 miles the engine was running fine until I changed the oil and fuel filters and washed the engine .drove the truck and the throttle quit ,shut off the engine restarted engine throttle worked but it ran horrible and check engine light was on . got the truck home and hooked up scangauge it threw a throttle position code .I cleared the code it ran fine .The next day took it on a 8 hour trip pulling a car trailer and it just starting loseing power on very slight grades would go from 70 to 50 mph now it wont rev past 2500 rpm hooked the scan gauge back up and when I drove it it ran fine so I was romping on it and it made a loud pop and all the symptoms were back i'am thinking the turbo vanes are stuck or the turbo is bad.there are no codes .checked fuel pressure 55 lbs at idle and 48 to 50 wot
icp is 0 koeo 640 at idle and 1440 hi idle
ipr 14.8 koeo 24.6 to 25 at idle hi idle is 40 to 43
vgt o koeo 74 idle 46 hi idle. any ideas or other things I should check?thanks guys

Turbo vanes should cycle back and forth at hot idle in stages between 15-85%.

Mass airfow sensor is a factor on 03' models with inferred ebp tuning, the wiring at the connector for the maf sensor can get stretched/damaged and cause the sensor to malfunction, which can cause overly rich or lean running conditions. Mine did this, and it ran terrible. Ford sells a repair connector with a pigtail to remedy.

Most 03's don't have a throttle plate, but may have the connector plugged into the sensor, but it's not operational.

When you say your FICM is 12v with koeo, I hope your not talking about the FICM main power reading, as it shoud be the same as when running, 47-49v.

Seems after washing the engine is when the trouble started, I would check for wiring issues or chaffing and maybe try a turbo relearn...clear all fault codes...start engine and let it warm up to operating temp by driving it...then let it sit and run at idle for 15min or so.
Turbo vanes should cycle back and forth like I mentioned earlier after it's relearned. If it won't relearn, may need turbo cleaning or replacement.
