Instrument Cluster, Cruise Control, Jumpy

Ok I got the no crank fixed. It was just the starter. Now my truck is jumpy during acceleration. Even when its sitting still and I press on the accelerator and hold it at 1 position you can hear the jumpy/hesitation. I took it to O'reily's and had them use there OBD code reader and they came up with #1 cylinder glow plug circuit open and something about the O2 sensor. I have tried relearning the computer 3 times, 2 different ways(disconnecting the batts for 5 mins then hook them back up and letting it run for 10-15 mins and disconnecting the batts for 5 mins and reconnecting them then leting it warm up to operating temp for 10-15 mins and driving it for a minimum of 10 miles. Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this problem. Also have no instrument cluster or cruise control. thinking of taking it to a auto electrical place to let them check the cluster. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
